To bridge the gap between complex science and market demand, we conducted market research, competitive intelligence, and sentiment analysis to develop a differentiated brand platform. The flagship campaigns, Aging is Curable and Elevate Your Practice, translated the science behind Hybrosome™ technology into compelling narratives for consumers and clinicians while maintaining a unified brand identity. Every customer touchpoint—from messaging and visual identity to packaging, digital experiences, and campaign execution—was intentionally designed to reinforce a consistent promise of transformation, creating a premium brand experience built on scientific credibility and trust.
Intelligent Shopify eCommerce
Redesigned and built the customer experience from a static website into an intelligent e-commerce storefront. Enabled Shopify’s native product recommendation feature, and integrated upsell and cross-sell apps, increasing average order value, and driving higher subscription adoption and repeat purchases. Deployed an AI chatbot that guided customers through product selection, addressed questions about ingredients and skincare routines in real time, and captured rich voice-of-customer insights that informed future messaging and offered product development insights.
Generative AI Content Studio
Built an AI-enabled content production system that transformed strategic briefs into channel-ready creative assets across ecommerce, email, and social media. Generative AI accelerated first-draft creation and content adaptation, while scientific and brand experts reviewed every public-facing asset to ensure regulatory compliance, brand consistency, and clinical accuracy. The new workflow reduced campaign production time by approximately 50%, enabling faster execution without compromising quality or governance. And because science needs a soul, we also wrote and released the Aging is Curable anthem using Suno AI, giving the brand a voice people could connect with.
